I think they take that couple, make the hair colour different, change the background a bit and then slowly turn them around in a circle *LOL* For example the horrific cover of Lord of Scoundrels is almost the same except it's outdoors and the couple is facing northeast. I've seen almost the same one a few times now. Hhhmm. I think I shall do some investingating on the clock couple -as I just dubbed them.
