Aroused or Constipated?

I don't normally have issues with book covers, but the cover Heath posted for her new book A DUKE OF HER OWN made me throw up in my mouth a little bit. I don't understand it. The hero looks constipated and the heroine...well, she looks like she's trying to stick something up his butt to ease his pain. I'll still buy the book, but I see how the cover could turn someone off it.
